ABOUT THE BUSINESS:

Studio Colfax is a new studio space in the heart of Denver for photo shoots, content creation and events. The warehouse-style space was completely remodeled and built into a DREAM collective space for the modern-day creative.

ABOUT THE BRANDING:

The Studio Colfax logo suite is sophisticated and balanced, with each element being thoughtfully and strategically incorporated to match the ideal overall feeling of the brand. The classic serif font used is elevated and timeless, paired with a luxurious script and a modern blocky sans serif, these fonts are balanced and create a perfect dynamic flow to the words. The hand drawn vintage key adds personality and softness to the logos and is a nod to Colfax Ave’s rich history. The key is a welcoming symbol for community, such as having your friend’s house key, while also symbolizing the studio being a place to unlock your creative potential. Like the studio space itself, the branding pairs rounded, soft elements with straight-edged industrial elements to add dimension and versatility to the overall feeling of the brand. The main logo features a long rectangular shape, similar to that of a street sign, as a nod to Studio Colfax’s namesake.
